Our FOuNDING DOGS

LuBu Lionpaw

Meet Lubu Lionpaw and Kala Kali — the sire and dam who embody the essence of the Demigod Austaff.

Lubu, with his mighty form, kind nature, and infectious love for life, brings a grounding presence to the pack. His temperament is as impressive as his physique — calm, confident, and deeply connected to those around him.

Kala mirrors his strength in feminine form, with a sharp intelligence for task work, remarkable scenting ability, and a body built for agility and endurance. She is intuitive, focused, and thrives in environments that challenge her mind and reward her loyalty.

Together, they represent the perfect balance of power and purpose — the genetic and behavioral foundation of Generation One. Raised in a close-pack environment, they set the standard for communication, etiquette, and emotional depth that every Demigod pup will inherit.

Upcoming Litter

Demigod Austaffs Pups Due 2026

This upcoming litter marks our fourth official Austaff breeding, but it is the first of Generation One (F1) under our refined Demigod Way program with our new breeding pair. The previous Beta Program laid the groundwork — testing nutrition, enrichment, and pack-raising protocols — and now we begin with a clear, purpose-driven standard with new roots.

These pups will be raised in a close-pack environment, nourished with whole-food nutrition, and enriched through structured activities from day one. Every aspect of their development is guided by our holistic, evidence-based approach, with long-term goals in emotional and physical disability support.

If you’re seeking a companion with resilience, emotional depth, and a foundation of care, we invite you to register your interest. This is more than a litter — it’s the beginning of a legacy. Below are images of our prior pups

Common Questions

Get informed about the adoption process and what to expect.

Adopting a puppy involves several steps to ensure a good match. First, you’ll fill out an application where you’ll share your family, preferences, lifestyle and housing. After that, if approved, you will be introduced to our puppies after 4 weeks of age to find the right fit for your family. After meeting the litter then a decision can be made if you would like to secure your new companion with a deposit.

The only thing you need to prepare is yourself, your family and home. We provide everything a pup needs to begin their new life with you.

Our approach also helps educate new families on material safety, feeding methods, and approved enrichment practices based on our experience. We aim to reduce toxic exposure wherever possible, which means we strongly discourage plastic toys. Instead, we recommend natural leathers, hides, horn, plant‑fiber toys, and stainless steel food and water bowls — all chosen for durability and safety.

Every pup goes home with a Puppy Pack, which includes:

  • A week’s supply of the prepared whole‑food meals they’ve been raised on
  • Enrichment and chew toys
  • Stainless steel food and water bowls

This way, you can save your money for when your pup is home and simply enjoy the goodies from their puppy packs to give them the best start.

Training your puppy starts as soon as they arrive home. Focus on basic commands like sit, stay, and come. Use positive reinforcement techniques such as treats and praise. Consistency is key—ensure everyone in your household is on the same page to create a structured environment for your puppy.

If you have other pets, it’s important to introduce them to your new puppy carefully. Start with short, supervised visits and gradually increase their time together. Monitor their interactions closely and create safe spaces for each pet to retreat to if they need a break. This helps establish harmony in your home.

We understand life can be unpredictable. If, for any reason, you find that you cannot keep your puppy, we encourage open communication. Rehoming a pet is a serious decision, and we’re here to help guide you through the process to find a solution that’s best for both you and the puppy.
